How do I get outlook express to be the selected email device inst.

Whenever I am on a internet website and asked to contact the company, the
program automatically selects Outlook instead of Outlook Express as the
program to do it. That is not set as my default so the message gets stuck
and not sent.

Sorry this is the MS Access (the database program) newsgroup. Try a
newsgroup devoted to the program you are using. You should find people
better able to address your problem there than here.
