I don't know what Outlook Express Office is, but Outlook Express is not
part of MS Access and you need to buy it or a product including it if you
want it.

Sorry this is the MS Access (the database program) newsgroup. Try a
newsgroup devoted to the program you are using. You should find people
better able to address your problem there than here.
