When you add the .pst file in Outlook 2003 you have the option of selecting
either an 'Office Outlook Personal Folders File (.pst)' or an 'Outlook 97 -
2002 Personal Folders File (.pst)' You need to use the Outlook 97 - 2002
..pst format to have both Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2000 to be able to view the
file.
This is a true statement. Outlook versions prior to 2003 can't read Outlook
2003 Unicode PSTs and never will. You must make an ANSI PST with Outlook
2003 (File>New>Outlook Data File>Outlook 97-2002 Personal Folders File
(.pst)) and copy to it anything you want to transfer. You can then use that
PST in Outlook 2000.
