How do I get offline help for Office 2003?

Looking for help indexes like those that were available in previous versions
of Office - the online help is a pain.

At the bottom of the Help task pane there is a dropdown list with "Offline
Help" as one of the options.

Thanks for responding. I must be missing something - none of the help task
panes (Access, Excel, Word) have a drop-down box at the bottom...or anywhere
that contains a selection for "Offline Help". Right now I'm able to access
offline help (table of contents), but am looking for an index, which from
what I've read, doesn't appear to exist in Office 2003.
