How do I get my ISP email addresses into Outlook's address book?

My Outlook email is bringing in my email from my Comcast account, but I don't
know how to get my Comcast address book information to show up in my Outlook
email address book. I have to keep opening my Comcast email account to access
the email addresses in there. Help!
 
You would have to export the comcast info to a file format that Outlook
understands such as csv. Ask Comcast if this is possible.
