You're asking in the wrong place, Joy. This group is for the Office database
software Microsoft Access. I think you need to post in a newsgroup supporting
your email software - which might be Microsoft Mail, or Outlook Express, or
Outlook, or any of scores of other programs (we don't know and can't see your
computer). Scroll down the list of subject areas and post your question in a
group supporting your software. It will help the volunteers if you post what
program and version you're using, and what version of Windows (Windows Vista,
XP, ME, or whatever).
