how do i get multiple fields to update after filling in just one?

I am trying to create a doccument with multiple fields in it to be filled out
by other users and i want to know how i can make all of the filds update
after filling 1 of the like fields Ex. once the user fills in his/her name
any other place the name field is present their name is placed in it
