How do I get 'more highlighting colors' options than the15 I Get

My drop down for text highlighting has 15 deep color options and NO 'other
colors' option. Is 'other colors' in highlighting available. I check help
and watched the video, but nothing showed up like other colors do on the font
choices

Highlighting only supports 15 colors. You will have to use shading if you
want more colors. Select the desired text and then use the Shading tab of
the Borders and Shading dialog box. Make sure to choose "Text" for "Apply
to" (unless you want to apply the shading to an entire paragraph, that is).

To display the Borders and Shading dialog box:

- Click Format | Borders and Shading (Word 2003).

- Click the Home tab. In the Paragraph group, click the arrow next to the
Border button, and then click Borders and Shading.
