There is no Microsoft Office Paint. There's Windows Paint, and assuming
you're using Windows, it can be found in the Accessories folder.
The current graphics utility that comes with Office (2007, but also with
Office XP and 2003) is Microsoft Office Picture Manager, which has some
editing options, but no paint-like features.
