How do I get Gmail to work with Outlook 2002 on XP?

I have followed instructions and quadruple checked everything, and it just
won't send. Keeps telling me to make sure I've entered my email address
correctly (which I have). Anyone else have this problem?

Did you log into gmail and enable access there?
