This is an MS-Access database newsgroup. Your best help will come from an
Outlook newsgroup, but I'll give it a try.
If you have permanently deleted it, your only hope is from a backup, or a
backup pst file which will be on your C:\ drive. If you can see it in your
Deleted Items folder, right-click on it and choose "Move" and put it back
where it came from.
