How to retrieve permanently deleted outlook item

I inadvertenly deleted a Contact in Outlook and did not retrieve it from the
Delted Items folder prior to emptying it. Is there anyway for me to get that
Deleted Contact back? Thanks!
 
This is microsoft.public.access
Microsoft Outlook is Microsoft's E-mail Program
Microsoft Access is a Microsoft's Relational Database program

Try posting in microsoft.public.outlook

Sorry, but I do not believe there is any way to get that contact back.
Your best bet is to search messages that might be from that contact and
see if you can add all their information back from one of the e-mails.

It's gone. You may have sent or received a message from that contact and can
recreate it from your messages.
