Try this: Go to Start > Run and type mplay32.exe. That will open the MCI
player. From there open one of your video files and click the Play icon. Does
it play? If so, check the length of the path to the video file. If it's
located in My Documents the path may exceed 128 characters. Move the videos to
C:\Test, for example, and then delete them from the presentation and re-insert
them. Does that make a difference?
