How do I get a sound file to play in my presentation from slide 6-

Currently the sound file stops after slide 6 and does not continue. Any help
would be appreciated. Thanks
 
How is the sound inserted? If it is inserted through Insert > Movies and
Sounds, then go to the slide where you have inserted the sound, click Slide
Show > Custom Animation. Look for the play effect. Double click on the
effect, set to Stop Playing after 999 slides.

If it is inserted through Slide Show > Slide Transition, go to slide 6,
click Slide Show > Slide Transition. Ensure that [Stop Previous Sound] is not
selected.
