how do i get a pic installed on the background and type on it

i need to install a pic on the background of excell and be able to write over
it. how do i do that please.

cool thanks now i'm having trouble printing it. the pic will not show up in
the preview or when printing.

It won't, you can print the picture only and then use the same print and
print the data
but that is of course a pain
