How do I FTP a text file from C#.NET?

Hi,

In the project I'm working on I need to FTP a "flat file" to another
machine. How can this be done?

Bear in mind that if its simple text, then you could as easily open the file
and do a post or get request with the content if the remote server accepts
http requests.
