(How do I forward the TCP PORT 3389)

My office machine is behind a firewall/NAT/router?
Therefore, I need to forward TCP Port 3389 in order
to use Remote Desktop

(How do I call using my Public IP??)
Call using the public IP of the
firewall/NAT/router...

Roger, how you forward TCP Port 3389 depends on your router. I would
suggest you check the documentation or post the brand and model here, so
someone with the same one can help you out.

As for calling the public IP address, you simply enter the public IP address
in the computer box of the Remote Desktop Connection box. If you don't know
the public IP address go to www.whatismyip.com on the computer you are
trying to connect to, that page will tell you the public ip address.

I hope that helps.

For instructions on how to forward the port, consult your router
manual or post information about what type of router you are using so
we can point you where to look.

Once you have the port forwarded, you will then connect using the
public or ISP assigned address....
