I know "outline view" of a document in ms word, and also "level"s of
paragraphs (level1,2,.. and "Body Text").
but the problem is that how to give all paragraphs which are in the same
level a particular style or font simultanously in a large (long) document,
For e.g. to give body texts all over my document "times new Roman, 12" style
or to give "level 2" paragraphs all over the document another style...
Note: I know Styles too.

Go to the Styles & Formatting pane, right-click the style's name, go
to Modify, and modify any of its characteristics. Then all the
paragraphs in that style will change.

Thanks a lot for you "Grammatim" taking time to answer me...
In fact this is not my real answer by it helped me some what, because I have
an already formatted document with paragraphs haphazardly formatted, I mean
each level of paragraph in the document haven't the same style...
From your answer I've got the fact that I need to reformat each paragraph in
the document manually and then do what you said in the answer if I wanted to
rechange the style...
