How do I force user to have to input their User ID when logging i.

On some Outlook installs, the user always has to input their email address
when logging in. On others the address is remembered by Outlook. For
security reasons I want all users to have to input their address when logging
into Outlook. Any suggestions how to make this happen? Thanks.
 
are you using exchange server? tools / services / properties (of exch) /
advanced / set network authentication to none
