How do I fix this error?

Everytime I start my computer, I get the following error
message: "Explorer has caused an error in WINDF.DLL.
Explorer will now close."

If I hit the "close" box, the error message immediately
appears again. How can I fix this problem? Any help
would be greatly appreciated.

Will create Files: win+xxxx.dll

It may be some others, check it out.
