How do I fix these errors

pop3 is not a valid server name, although it is valid protocol name. The
right name to use depend on which email provider you are trying to use.

Note that this list includes instructions for both the IMAP method of
connecting
and the POP method of connecting. Choose one of these two methods, and
don't get them mixed up.

Also note that many internet providers do not allow connections using
port 25 that cross over from one internet provider's equipment to another
internet provider's equipment. Therefore, you may need to choose a method
that specifies some other port instead.
