how do I fix setting up the wrong exchange server for Outlook?

I did not check my server connection before I hit next and now it thinks that
the exchange server is there and will not open outlook so I can change it.
It just keeps looking for that server. I put the server under microsoft
exchange server and it should be under a POP. How can I get this changed so
I can use Outlook?
