How do I fix a printing problem from Microsoft Word?

I am not able to print any documents from Microsoft Word. I am able to print
from every other application in Microsoft Office, but not Microsoft Word. At
first, I thought that it was my printer. But I talked with a representative
from HP, and they told me to change certain settings. When my printer still
didn't print, they said to contact Microsoft Office because something might
be wrong with it. Could someone tell me how to fix it please? I really need
to print some important documents. Thank you.
