how do i find out my isp details to set up my outlook account?

having problems setitng up my outlook account because i dont understand the
bit about finding out isp details and such for incoming and outgoing emails,
could someone help me?

Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)? Why do they refuse to talk
to you when you call them? Why do they refuse to provide their
connection information to their servers that they are supposed to
provide in their service? Whose mail servers are you trying to connect
to, and who do you use for Internet access?
