How do I find files that got moved by mistake?

I double clicked where I shouldn't have or something and some of my work
files got moved. Now I can't find them. Is there any quick way to get a
history of what has been moved and where it went so I can move it back?!!!

No, not in the way you're thinking of. You'll have to search...

Click Start > Search and enter some phrase that you know is in the file.
