how do i filter my inbox by To me, CC and BCC?

how do i filter my inbox so that it only recieves messages to me, but other
messages that are CC and BCC are sent to another folder?
 
Try via Outlook Rules. Tools | Rules and Alerts ... create a new rule to
act on messages when they arrive.
