It is best to ask your questions in a newsgroup dedicated to the
subject of your question. You should find people better able to address
your problem there.
Note: It is always best to indicate the name and version of any
program(s) Like Outlook) you may be using when asking a question and also
indicate the operating system (like Windows XP or 98) when you ask a
question.
As noted, please post your Outlook question in an Outlook newsgroup.
If you're posting from Microsoft's web interface, scroll down to find
an Outlook newsgroup that seems appropriate, rather than posting in
the first newsgroup you come to.
Note also that many states (my state of Idaho among them) have strict
laws against sending unsolicited fax messages. If you fax me without
prior arrangement, your fax will be forwarded to the Idaho attorney
general's office; they've levied fines up to $150,000 on companies
which routinely spammed faxes.
