How do I export user-defined fields from Outlook to a CSV file?

To supplement the "Children" field in my Outlook XP Contacts I have created
three user-defined fields named "Child2", "Child3", and "Child4." When I try
to export my Contacts to a Comma Separated Values (CSV) text file for
subsequent import into MS Access or other dBase program, my new user-defined
fields are never included in the export. All Outlook exports seem to be
limited to a predetermined set of fields for each record. How can I get the
user-defined fields included in my Outlook exports?

Outlook does not support import/export of custom fields.
