How do I export from OE to Outlook ?

I am working on a MAC and have just been given the capability of running
Outlook through Citrix. How do I transfer my mail and address book from
Outlook Express to Outlook between the MAC and Citrix?

OE and OL need to be on the same PC to use the OE Export method
