How do I export emails from MS Outlook 2000 to MS Outlook 2007?

I would like to export emails with and without attachments from MS Outlook
2000 (on an XP system) to MS Outlook 2007 (on Vista).

I attempted this using the option of "Exporting using commas (Windows)" and
was successful importing emails except, where emails had attachments, the
attachments were not imported.

There is no need to export to a csv-file. In fact; there is no need to
export anything at all. Outlook 2007 can directly read Outlook 2000
formatted pst-files. Simply copy your current pst-file to your Vista machine
(don't overwrite your existing pst-file!) and use File-> Open-> Outlook Data
File... in Outlook to connect to it.

Roady,

Excuse my ignorance, but I am not familiar with pst files.

Are my Outlook 2000 already filed as pst? If so, where? If not, how are
they converted?

When you say "copy them to your Vista" do you mean that I should copy them
to an external drive and then download them?
