How do I export contacts to Printmaster?

What file formats can Printmaster import from?

..csv and .tsv I think are the only two. The info I have says that contacts
can be imported to Printmaster, but I have tried and can't get it to happen.

CSV should work...can you list the exact steps you've taken so far?
