How do I expand content of A4 document to fill A3 page

I have an A4 landscape document with a Wordart heading and two seperate
tables. I would like to print to A3 paper with everything 'scaled up' to fit
the larger paper size. I have done this before but my memory fails me on what
I need to do

Word itself won't do it. However many printers have a scaling feature -- go
to print the document and explore the Options.
