for a long time past i have been trying to erase two
E.Mails that i wrote and tried unsuccessfully to send.I
now want to erase these as they keep appearing as unsent
E.mails. Has anyone any idea's-- i would be most
gratefull!!

Stephen's idea would be great if these were just normal emails. I have the exact same problem. They were emails that I had sent one time several months ago while traveling and my hotel dial up kicked me off. Now when I try to delete these items from the outbox, I either don't have permission (which I have changed those) or Outlook has encountered an unknown error and I can restart Outlook if it persists. This does nothing except let me start over. I sure hope someone can help us Ted as I cannot even move them to a drafts folder or anything.

If this Outbox is in a .pst file, one solution is to create a new Outlook
profile with its own .pst file. Start Outlook with that profile, then open
the .pst file that contains the stubborn Outbox. You should be able to
delete the items.
