I cannot install the product key because it won't accept "E". On the box it's
type as it was reverse "E". Anybody knows the shortcut?? or something

Are you sure you have an English version of the product (is it Access?)
Are you sure that is really what is there? Are you sure you don't have a
bootlegged copy?

I am familiar with the character, but I did not see if an the two
default font sets I have installed. The real problem may be that even if
you find the correct code for the character, it may not be the same in every
font set so it may not work.

Sorry. This is a newsgroup dedicated to questions about Access, the
database program in Office Professional. It appears your question may not
be related to these subjects. The Microsoft help system is not all that
clear and may have misdirected you here.

It is best to ask your questions in a newsgroup dedicated to the
subject of your question. You should find people better able to address
your problem there.

Note: It is always best to indicate the name and version of any
program(s) you may be using when asking a question and also indicate the
operating system (like Windows XP or 98) when you ask a question.
