How do I enter new Email names in OE Address Book

Each time I try to add a new name to my Outlook Express address book I get a
message that tells me it cannot do this and to use the contact module. I
thought that's where I was. I'm (obviously) new to Word. I appreciate any
help.

Word cannot use the OE Address Book, only the Contacts list in Outlook.
