How do I enlarge the Word font toolbar to see more fonts at once?

Is there a way to enlarge the toolbar where you can select the font name in
Word? I can only veiw 12 fonts at a time, and it takes a long time to scroll
through many fonts to find the one I want if I don't know its name.
Or is there an easier way to view and select fonts for Word?
 
You can increase the width of the Font dropdown (by dragging it with the
Customize dialog open), but you cannot change the number of fonts displayed.
