How do I enlarge my received e-mail so that I can read it?

I have poor eye sight and it is hard for me to read the small text.
 
Tools\Options\Read\Fonts\Font Size\use drop down arrow and change size of
font to your need.

Bzzt. Thanks for playing, but no. There is no Tool>Options>Read tab in
Outlook. Perhaps you're thinking of Outlook Express.
