Here's how to enlarge the font sizes in opened mail:

1. Click on View at the top of your screen.
2. Click on Current View.
3. Click on Customize Current View.
4. Click on the "Other Settings" button in the box that pops up.
5. Click on the button that says "Row Font."
6. Change the font to the size you'd like and click OK.
7. Also click OK to get out of the "Other Settings" box, but keep the
"Customize View" box open to change the font in Unread mail:

To change the font in unread mail:

1 This time, while in the "Customize View" box, click the "Automatic
Formatting" button.
2. Make sure the box next to "Unread Messages" is checked and click on the
Font button.
3. Change the font to the size you want and click OK three times to get out
of all the boxes.

The messages in your Inbox should now be in larger fonts. Hope that helps!
