How do I enlarge my pst file in outlook 2003

We have someone in our company who exceeded the 2G limit. How do I enlarge
the pst file? I cannot figure it out. Please help!!!

Have you tried adding a New DATA file? It will be created under the new
format and be a set of Personal Folders which you can then IMPORT data into.

Import their old 2gig PST and then remove it from the list of PSTs that show
up.

I have seen many times stated in this group that Import is not the best
option. Better to copy everything inside Outlook.
