I use outlook in Office system 2007 Technical Refreshed. I am prohibited from
accessing lnks in an mail by computer restrictions in effect. I am using RC1
of Vista and IE 7 is my default browser. I have used the answer provided fo
Outlook 2003 and this does not seem to help. I have also adjusted the pishing
flter back ad forth (currently on restrict). Thank you for assistnce.

You can use the information bar which appears in the header for this. It
informs you that links are disabled and allows you to enable them again.
Note that if it is also caught as spam you'll have to move it out the Junk
E-mail folder first (since when you want to click the link it is implied it
isnt't junk after all).

Sir: Thank you for your assistance; but,Your first senentece is confusing:
"header for this " where? in the letter, is it on your site, in outlook.

The InformationBar in the message in Outlook. In the Reading Pane it appears
directly under the Subject and From field but above the Sent and To field.
You can click on it to display your options.
