How do I enable macros in a PowerPoint project?

I have been working on a presentation and recently added a macro. I now try
to run the macro, but it says that macros in this project have been disabled.
I've looked and looked and have not been able to enable macros. Can anyone
help me?
 
Tools, Macros, Security. Change it to MEDIUM, close and re-open PowerPoint.

If not that, check Help, About, Disabled Items
