How do I empty the temporary file OLK45?

This file is full of temporary files that have come in my email as attachments.
I can delete them one at a time, but that is very tedious. They are not
deleted by the disk cleanup program. The usual multiple select command
shift-click/shift-click does not work.

I have found it easier to open a command prompt and navigate to the folder
in question and use the erase command. For example, if my username on the
machine is neo, then the steps would be...

* Start > Run > Type: CMD > OK button
* CD "local settings\temporary internet files\OLK45"
* Make sure that the prompt changes to "C:\Documents and Settings\neo\local
settings\temporary internet files\olk45>"
* If above looks right, type: erase *.*
* Type: exit
