how do i 'embed all fonts' on a word or pdf document?

Any help appreciated! Document will be going to large scale printing and this
is what the printers have asked

Most of the free PDF creation utilities are pretty basic. I have not used
CutePDF but would expect similar from its free version. You can certainly
embed fonts with the free Microsoft add-in for Word 2007, and of course
Acrobat provides this function also. Your best bet is to ask CutePDF
support.
