How do I send an email to many recepients, but when they receive it, all they
see is their own name in the TO field?

Donna,

The easiest way to do this would be to use an program such as GroupMail that
is useful for sending out Newsletters etc to people, this will send a bunch
of personalised E-mails.

You would need to do a mail merge for that. If you have Word installed and
it's the same version as Outlook (both 2003, for example), you can do the
merge between the two. Or you can use one of the many 3rd party mass mailing
programs available. Look at the following pages for further information:

I asked exactly the same question today and have since found what appears to
be the simple answer given by "Lanwench" yesterday. Send the e-mail to
yourself and to all other recipients in the "Bcc" (Blind carbon copy) box.
This way all details will be hidden from everyone except yours of course.

But that doesn't exactly fit the OP's requirement that the message appears
to be addressed only to each recipient, while a mail merge does fit that
requirement.
