How do I eliminate Outlook Express from my default email account .

Hello,
I currently have Outlook Express (COX Comm.) set up as my default email, but
I want to set up my Office Outlook to receive my mail instead of or in
addition to.
I addded a new account in the Office Outlook but all my mail is still going
to the Express account with COX Comm. I'm not to computer savy and need
HELP!!!!

the easy answer is, don't open OE!!!!!!
Remove the mail account from OE.
