Error logs are generated for web display and commonly run ~250 pages. When I
try to import them into WORD they run ~2500! Can someone please tell me how
to get WORD to ignore the HTML, or make a suggestion for writng a macro that
will automate the process?
Many thanks,

You are of those die hard Word users that likely attempts to make MS-Word
shingle your roof or mow your lawn ;-)

Website logs (both visitor and error) are best viewed with a text editor
(I use WordPad) that allows "No Wrap".

Another good text editor is EditPad.

Thanks, Don.
Unfortunately I'm constrained by company policies to use only authorized
software, in this case WORD 2003 or WORD 2007.

If your computer has a Windoze OS, than WordPad is on the computer and
therefore would likley be on the approved list ;-)
