How do i edit user properties?

Hi ,

I want to edit user properties like, phone number, email id etc in the
outlook.

Steps:
1. Type your email id in new meesage.double click to get the properites
form. There are several tabs like general , organisation, phone/notes etc. I
want to supply my phone number and other information. Can u pls direct me on
how to accomplished this ?

sounds like you are on an exchange server, those things are done in AD by a
system administrator
 
Sounds like you are using Exchange and are talking about the Global Address
List which is managed by your IT department and not about contacts in
Outlook. So in short; you can't unless your administrators give you
permission to update it.
