How do I edit a draft message in Outlook

I saved a message to drafts & now want to edit & send it. Can this be done &
if so how?

Open Drafts, double-click the message, make your changes, then click Send.
If you want to save it (sending a draft will delete it from Drafts), then
select it and click Forward instead of opening it directly.
