How do I edit a Discussion Forum page in FrontPage 2003?

I have set up a discussion page in MS FrontPage 2003 using the templates. I
am concerned that some "unsavoury" messages will be posted. How do I edit the
pages to remove these notes? I've looked in my "How to do everything with..."
book but this is not mentioned in the index. So not "everything" then!! Can I
sue under the Trades Description Act? Help please!!
