how do i e-mail a document from WORD with header/footer info?

I want to e-mail a Word doc complete with header and footer information. when
I send, Only the body is received.

Send the document as an attachment (preferably zipped). Formatted e-mail
usually means html and there are no page breaks in html so headers/footers
don't apply.
